christmas should be the joyful time of the year. its a time when everyone seems to be happy and gay. With xmas parties to attend every now and then, gifts to wrap, carols to sing, bazzaars to rush to… but mine isn’t exactly that way…
just a few days ago i recall my xmases aren’t really that great.. there was a time when I was physically hurt by someone I treasured, there was also a christmas where I spent it fighting with my partner, there was also a christmas time where in I was so lonely for no reason at all. And so I thought this year would be different..

Just when I thought I have it all planned out, an unfortunate event had to happen and take it all away from me.
Just when Mark and I was about to do our noche buena groceries, we stopped by at Mc Donalds (SM Southmall) for a snack. I brought with me my new pink Juicy bag, inside was my new phone and the remaining money i saved for christmas roughly around 5K…
I was about to finish my meal when i noticed a pretty lady staring at us. I placed my bag right beside me so I could take a look at it every now and then. She caught my attention because she was wearing big jewelries, lacoste bag and a samsung phone.
I knew from the start there is something wrong but I couldn’t figure it out. Right after a few minutes, an old lady and a boy passed by behind my back… Since it was a cramped area, I gave way for them. Right at that moment, the girl approached us and asked for the time. I then answered.. When she asked me of the time the second time around I turned around to check my bag and it was already gone…
My savings, my phone, my bag…
I immediately confronted her about it, and she said she didnt notice anything. She then walked out of Mc Donalds. Following my intuition, I followed her steps. When she noticed that I was actually right behind her, she ran…
I called guards to help me out but we weren’t able to catch her…
While I was narrating the whole story to the admin office of SM, the manager of Mc Donalds called and informed us that they found my bag in the restroom. My cellphone and wallet was gone…
I know there’s nothing left I can do at this point. They might’ve already used up my hard earned money and sold the phone i just bought a week ago…
I just want to warn everyone and pray that this same thing will not happen to you.. especially 4 days before christmas…
I’ve learned my lesson the hard way.. be very careful… and happy holidays!
